The Metal CaseIt was 6 p.m. on a rainy Saturday night.

The machine in front of them let out a loud beep.

Finally the voice spoke again. "I hope that everything will work out better next time."

"What does he mean by that, Jake?" asked Sharon. She got no response.

"If anyone's listening to this, it works. I've found my second chance. I have to do this," said the voice, the static from the recorder getting stronger.

Where have I been? I've been at Classy this whole time; where've you been?

MIT's pretty great. I'm here for the summer working on a middle school robotics competition. We're teaching the kids how to program these satellites so that they can race on the ISS. (The satellites are on the ISS right now, and there's gravity on earth, so we can only do virtual simulations here)

Well I was trying to finish the rest of high school years which was taking up essentially most of my time. Thank god it's summer and I'm looking forward to the college years.

Dude, that MIT stuff sounds pretty legit and it's a good cause to help out kids by teaching them about technology. But yea, def drop by to Lumiere, since that place really need to be active again from all of brian's hard work.

I've been ok. Didnt do so well with school my first couple semesters, so i've mostly been working. Gonna try and go back in the summer. Hows things on your end?
